This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to implead the petitioners as party respondents 5 and 6 in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. There is no serious objection on side of the respondents.

3. Since the petitioners herein are the subsequent purchasers of the disputed suit properties, they are also be the proper/ necessary parties.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the amendment in the bundle and post the second appeal on 09.12.2025 under the caption "For arguments".
