C.M.P.No.26786 of 2025 in AS.No.474 of 2018 DR. A.D. MARIA CLETE,J This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to permit the petitioner to serve notice to the respondents 1 and 6 through substituted service by effecting paper publication in the above appeal.

2. There is no need for order of substitute of service to be passed as against R6. R1 was set exparte before the trial Court. The petitioner is permitted to take steps through Substituted service in respect of 1st respondent alone in any Tamil Daily News Paper having circulation in Erode on or before 11.03.2026 mentioning the date of hearing as 18.03.2026.

3. Post the matter on 18.03.2026.
