This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, every day at 10.30 a.m., and 06.30 p.m. until further orders in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.28004 of 2024 dated 13.11.2024 on the file of this Court.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation is completed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, on the next hearing.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur on the next hearing and thereafter on the dates fixed by the Trial Court. Thereby, the condition No.10(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28004 of 2024 on 13.11.2024 is modified.
