This Petition has been filed to relax the condition (i.e.,) the petitioner shall report before the POCSO Court daily at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.23147 of 2024 dated 29.10.2024.

sai 2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 41 days and investigation has been completed in this matter. He would further submit that Spl.SC No.73 of 2024 has been assigned before the trial Court and the next hearing date has also been fixed on 06.01.2025 before the trial Court.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23147 of 2024 on 29.10.2024 in 7(b) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri, on 06.01.2025 and thereafter, on the hearing dates fixed by the Court, concerned.
