O R D E R

The present petition has been filed seeking to relax a condition imposed on the petitioner in the order of this court dated 29.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.23143 of 2024 to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the POCSO Court daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side). He further submitted that investigation was completed and a final report was filed in Spl.S.C.No.73 of 2024 and the case was posted for hearing on 20.01.2025 before the POCSO Court, Krishnagiri.

3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the POCSO Court, Krishnagiri on 20.01.2025 and thereafter on the date of hearing fixed by the learned trial judge.
