ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking to relax a condition imposed on the petitioner in the order of this court dated 29.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.23142 of 2024, to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned POCSO Court daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. 2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side). He would further submit that the investigation has been completed and taken on file in Spl.SC.No.73 of 2024 before the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri and the next date of hearing is 07.02.2025.
3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri on 07.02.2025, and thereafter, on the dates to be fixed by the learned Judge.
