This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent-Police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry/investigation.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions from the respondent-Police, submits that the petitioner was served with a summons but failed to appear. Instead of appearing before the respondent-Police as required, the petitioner rushed to this Court.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a direction to the petitioner to cooperate with the enquiry/investigation.
