This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26980 of 2024, dated 28.10.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on all working days at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed in C.C. No.223 of 2024 before the learned Principal District Judge, Cuddalore and the case is posted for hearing on 30.01.2025.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26980 of 2024, dated 28.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Principal District Judge, Cuddalore on 30.01.2025, thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Trial Judge. 4.
