ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents, particularly the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Ashok Nagar Range and the Inspector of Police, Ashok Nagar Police Station, to issue a "Non-Traceable Certificate" for the missing first page of the Sale Deed Document No.3368/2014, dated 26.03.2014 registered at the Sub Registrar Office, Virugambakkam, Chennai.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner himself has withdrawn his complaint and therefore there is no question of issuance of non traceable certificate.
