ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on him in Crl.O.P.No.28903 of 2024 order dated 22.11.2024 on condition that he should report before the respondent police daily 6.30 p.m., until further order.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.28903 of 2024 on 22.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first and third Saturdays of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
