ORDER

M.S.RAMESH, J.

AND N.SENTHILKUMAR , J.

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the order dated 17.09.2024 in OA/310/2024 on the file of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai Bench and quash the same.

2.Though the appellant / petitioner herein claims that she had made an application in the year 2013, seeking for alteration of her date of birth, which is one year after her entering into the service, there is nothing on record to show that such an application was made, or the respondent had acknowledged the representation seeking for alteration of date of birth. When that being so, we failed to understand as to how the appellant

herein can seek for alteration of her date of birth at the fag end of her retirement, which is impermissible in law. In this view, there are no grounds to interfere with the order of the Tribunal. 3.This Writ Petition stands dismissed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. [M.S.R, J.] [N.S, J.] 13.03.2025 kas Index : Yes / No To.
