This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on them in Crl.OP.No.25335 of 2024 order dated 28.10.2024 on condition that they should report before the Villupuram Town Police station, daily 10.30a., until further orders.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.6(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.25335 of 2024 on 28.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Villupuram Town Police station, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
