2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation is completed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate Egmore, Cehnnai on 31.12.2024.

Considering the submissions of both sides, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate Egmore, Cehnnai on 31.12.2024 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate. Thereby, the condition No.6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27536 of 2024 on 30.10.2024 is modified.
