ORDER
Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.not known of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 118(1), 296(b), 329(4), 351(3) of B.N.S. Act r/w Sec.4 of Woman Harassment Act, the present petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government (Advocate) appearing for respondent would submit that now the F.I.R. has been registered against the petitioners.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, in reply seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
4. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh petition with crime number. 19.12.2024 rpp To
