ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 24.10.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.29431 of 2024, thereby directed the respondent to consider the application and dispose of the same, within the period of four weeks. 2.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent considered the petitioner's representation and the Block Development Officer, Kundadam, passed order by the proceeding dated 13.08.2025. He also produced a copy of the proceeding dated 13.08.2025, before this Court. 3.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
