PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records in connection with the order of detention passed by the second respondent dated 13.11.2024 in C3/D.O./97/2024 against the petitioner's husband Kubendiran, male, aged 41 years, S/o. Sathiyamoorthy, who is confined at Central Prison, Cuddalore and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.JOTHIRAMAN, J.) Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the impugned order of detention has already been revoked by the competent Authority vide G.O.Rt.No.8837, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XI) Department, dated 24.12.2024.

Thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken and the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
