Respondents Prayer : Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing respondents 1 to 3 to conduct an enquiry into the fraud committed by the private respondent Nos.4 to 10 in fraudulently registering sale deeds pertaining to lands situated at S.No.78/1B, S.No.81, S.No.79, S.No.86, S.Nos.103/1, 103/2, S.No.102/2, S.No.101, S.Nos.78/1A, 78/2, 78/3, 78/4 and 78/5 and S.Nos.87/1A, 87/1B1, 87/1B2, 87/2, 88 and 87/3, Akalapuram Kothapetta Village, Krishnagiri Taluk and District totally measuring an extent of 124 acres 72 cents and consequently cancel the deeds bearing Document Nos.419/2017; 420/2017; 421/2017; 422/2017; 423/2017; 424/2017; 425/2017; 426/2017; 427/2017 registered in favour of respondents 4 to 6 as null and void.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) When we expressed our view that the relief sought in the petition cannot be granted, Shri Sekar sought leave to withdraw the petition and stated that he will make a representation to the District Collector.
2. Shri Prabakar stated that if any representation is made, the same shall be considered and disposed in accordance with law within 30 days as per G.O.(Ms.) No.99, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (A) Department, dated 21.9.2015 and G.O.(Ms.) No.73, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (A) Department, dated 11.6.2018.
