3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are subsequent purchasers of the property to an extent of 529 sq.mtrs. vide Sale Deeds dated 19.07.1997 registered as Doc.Nos.3686 and 3687 of 1996 on the file of SRO, Kundrathur and therefore, they are necessary parties.

4. Being satisfied with reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the main appeal in SR stage and list the Writ Appeal in SR stage for hearing on 06.08.2025, by printing the name of R5 in the cause list.
