By consent of both the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as respondents, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 22.11.2024 within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. According to the petitioner, his father obtained a loan from the 3rd respondent for the purpose of digging a Well in his property by mortgaging the property covered by S.Nos.258 and 274/1 and 2 in Ayarpadi Village. The petitioner's father died in the year 1999. The petitioner submitted a representation dated 22.11.2024 expressing his willingness to repay the loan and get the mortgaged property redeemed and the said representation has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

4. Mr.V.Ramesh, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.N.Muthuvel, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the 3rd respondent.

5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the 3rd respondent would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 22.11.2024 will be considered by the 3rd respondent in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

6. In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.11.2024 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
