This writ petition is filed for a mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to affirm the petitioner's title over the land in survey No. 263/18 in S Vazhavanthi Village, Moganur Taluk, Namakkal District, based on her representation dated 26.10.2024.

2. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 would submit that notices have been responded to;. however, the enquiry has not yet been held. 2/4

3. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of. Till such time the orders are pronounced, the petitioner's possession shall not be disturbed. No costs.
