Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing respondent herein to receive and evaluate the petitioner's Teachers diploma Certificate dated 20.12.2003 issued by the Karnataka Secondary Education Board, as equivalent to that of certificates issued by the State of Tamil Nadu as directed by the Tamil Nadu Administration Tribunal in its order dated 30.06.2003 in O.A.Nos.3812 and 3939 of 1995 etc. cases.
