This Petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed in para 7(a) with respect to appearance and signing before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Maduranthakam, passed in Crl.OP.No.24762 of 2024 in Crime No.236 f 2024 order dated 18.10.2024 on the file of the respondent police https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

sai 2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 45 days and the petitioner has five previous cases against him.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.24762 of 2024 on 18.10.2024 in 7(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Maduranthakam, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am., until further orders.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 02.01.2025 sai To 1.The Judicial Magistrate, Maduranthakam.
