Respondent Prayer : Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to quash the entire proceedings initiated under the SARFAESI Act on account of inner safety as envisaged under Section 31(i) of the SARFAESI Act, right from the notice issued under Section 13(2) of the SARFAESI Act, dated 13.04.2023 including all further proceedings initiated pursuant to the said notice as all the mortgaged properties which are agriculture in nature and the entire loan accounts are sanctioned for agriculture purpose and agriculture allied activities.
