This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.6 (b) in Crl.O.P.No.26760 of 2024 dated 25.10.2024. 2.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.
