The present petition has been filed seeking to relax a condition imposed on the petitioner in the order of this Court dated 29.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27238 of 2024 to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore on 07.01.2025 and thereafter, on the date fixed by the II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore.
