ORDER

This Court, by its order dated 26.09.2024, disposed of the writ petition in W.P No.27763 of 2024 with certain directions as against the 4th and 5th respondents. For non-compliance of the said order, the present contempt petition has been filed.

2. Challenging the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.27763 of 2024 dated 26.09.2024, the private respondent has preferred a writ appeal before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A No.3727 of 2025, and by order dated 02.01.2026, an order of interim stay was granted in respect of the said respondent.
