ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order of this Court dated 20.03.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.21415 of 2023.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the order of this Court, investigation in Crime No.158 of 2023 has been completed and final report has been filed before the II Additional District Sessions Judge, Puducherry.
