O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by P.VELMURUGAN, J.) This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging for the willful disobedience of the order dated 08.07.2025 passed in W.P.No.24804 of 2025.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the directions of this Court dated 08.07.2025, an enquiry was conducted on 29.07.2025, wherein, the petitioner had produced all the original documents. Upon verification, it has been found that the Community Certificate issued in favour of the petitioner's father viz., A.Murugesan, has already been cancelled on the ground of having been obtained by production of fraudulent documents. He would further submit that since the Community Certificate of the petitioner's father stands invalidated, no legal right can flow to the petitioner or his descendants.

General, we are of the view that there is no wilful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.24804 of 2025, dated 08.07.2025. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
