When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that since the relief sought for herein is related to the Academic year 2003-2004, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
