Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned refusal check slip in RFL / Kunnathur / 13 / 2024 dated 03.12.2024 issued by the 3rd respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the 3rd respondent to accept and register the partition deed dated 25.11.2024 presented by the petitioner. O R D E R

The Writ Petition is filed to quash the impugned Refusal Check Slip No. RFL / Kunnathur / 13 / 2024 dated 03.12.2024 issued by the 3rd respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the 3rd respondent to accept and register the partition deed dated 25.11.2024 presented by the petitioner.

2. A Refusal Check Slip has been issued directing the petitioner to produce the original parent document.

3. In the light of the Judgement passed by this Court in Ramayee - Vs - The Sub Registrar and others - (2020 (6) CTC 697), the impugned order cannot be sustained.

4. The Writ Petition is allowed. The impugned refusal check slip is quashed. The 3rd respondent is directed to register the partition deed dated 25.11.2024, within a period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
