ORDER

The respondents have been duly served in this application. An affidavit of service enclosing the delivery report has also been filed by the learned counsel for the applicant which confirms the same.

2. The Advocate Commissioner appointed by this Court has also repossessed the vehicle from the respondent and handed over custody of the same to the applicant. A report has also been filed by the Advocate Commissioner. The Advocate Commissioner appointed by this Court seeks for payment of additional

remuneration. Initially, the Advocate Commissioner, who was appointed was ABDUL QUDDHOSE,J.

awarded a sum of Rs.30,000/- as his initial remuneration. Since the vehicle was seized at Chhattisgarh and since the Advocate Commission had spent three days time for execution of warrant of commission, this Court awards an additional remuneration of a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to the Advocate Commissioner. The said amount shall be paid by the applicant within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Since the respondents have been duly served with the notice in this application and since the vehicle has already been repossessed, nothing survives for further adjudication in this application. Accordingly, this Application is closed. 11.03.2025 vsi To
