This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner that "the petitioner shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court", passed in Crl.MP.No.15869 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.22804 of 2024 dated 14.11.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was working in the UAE as mechanical supervisor in oil and gas industry. Due to the medical emergency of his wife, the petitioner applied for leave and returned back to India on 07.10.2024. Now the family members are facing financial problems for their basic needs, which requires the petitioner to continue his job and return to the UAE. Hence, he seeks the permission of this Court for the petitioner to travel abroad.
3. The learned Government Advocate [criminal side] appearing for the respondent police also concedes the same.
4. Considering the representations made by both side counsel and also considering the fact that the petitioner has already worked abroad, in order to continue his work, he has to go abroad, this Court is inclined to permit the petitioner to go abroad for job purposes. Further, the petitioner has to appear before the concerned Court during the trial proceedings. With the above said observation, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 02.01.2025 drl 2/4
