This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.12.2024 more particularly the 2nd respondent for granting permission and to adequate police protection for the 100 members of the party belonging to Indu Makkal Katchi (Tamilnadu) and general public will conduct protest meeting held on 26.12.2024 between 11.00 A.M. to 1.00 P.M. Nearby Valluvarkottam, Nungambakkam, Chennai 34.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
3. Therefore, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
