O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of the Execution Petition in E.P.No.738 of 2019 in O.S.No.427 of 2017 with a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The revision petitioner has filed a suit against the respondent in O.S.No.427 of 2017 for recovery of a sum of Rs.6,60,942 along with interest at the rate of 12% p.a. from the date of suit till the date of realization. The suit has been decreed in favour of the revision petitioner on 28.09.2018. As the respondent has not paid the amount as per the decree, an Execution Petition in E.P.No.738 of 2019 has also been filed by revision petitioner for recovery of the said amount as early as on 05.12.2019. It is the grievance of the revision petitioner that the learned Subordinate Judge may be directed to dispose of the Execution Petition expeditiously within the time frame fixed by this Court. 3. Considering the limited prayer sought in this revision, the learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore is directed to dispose of the Execution Petition in E.P.No.738 of 2019 expeditiously, not later than within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
