ORDER

The petitioner is the wife and respondent in HMOP.No.374 of 2023 on the file of the Sub-Court, Alandur. The petitioner has sought for transfer of the said proceedings to the file of the V Additional Family Court, Chennai to be tried along with HMOP.No.1354 of 2024, which was filed by the petitioner/wife.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent admits the factual position regarding the pendency of HMOP.No.1354 of 2024 on the file of the V Additional Family Court, Chennai, and he fairly submits that the transfer petition can be ordered.

3.In view of the above, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The case in HMOP.No.374 of 2023 is hereby withdrawn from the file of the Sub-Court, Alandur and transferred to the file of the V Additional Family Court, Chennai, to be jointly tried along with HMOP.No.1354 of 2024. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
