O R D E R
It is seen that both the husband and wife are aggrieved by the order passed by the learned VI Additional Family Court, Chennai, have preferred the petitions. Pursuant to the direction of this Court, today, both the revisions are listed.
2. The learned counsel appearing for both the parties submitted that the order in IA No.1/2024 may be set aside. The learned counsel for the husband seeks liberty to take out a fresh application for visitation rights.
3. In view of the limited request sought for, this Court sets aside the IA. No.1/2024 on the file of the VI Additional Family Court, Chennai and grants liberty to the petitioner in CRP. No.5399 of 2024 to move an appropriate application seeking visitation rights, setting out the present circumstances.
4. With the above direction, both the civil revision petitions are allowed. No costs.
