sai 2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 34 days and investigation is pending in this matter. 3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.29412 of 2024 on 25.11.2024 in para No.5(b) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.
