PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to register the Exchange deed dated 19.08.2024 between the petitioner and the third respondent based on the Certified copy of document No.2550 of 1961 on the file of the Joint I Sub Registrar Chennai North in favour of the third respondent without insisting on the 1/4

production of its original in respect of land measuring about 25 cents belonging to TELC the third respondent in survey No.226/3 in Valarpuram Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Thiruvallur District is exchanged with petitioner's lands which are situate in survey Nos.226/1 and 227/1C in Valarpuram Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Tiruvallur District within the sub registration district of the second respondent herein.

ORDER
