This Petition has been filed to accept the cause title in the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this civil miscellaneous petition is ordered .

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent would state that connected petitions in W.P.No.7772 of 2021 and W.P.No.23028 of 2022 are also pending before this Court.

5. In view of the above, Registry to tag this matter along with the said writ petitions after obtaining necessary orders from The Hon'ble The Chief Justice.
