ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N.Sathish Kumar J.) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 146 days in representing the the above appeal suit.

2. Considering the nature of the relief granted by the Trial Court and the triable issues are involved in this appeal, this Court in order to give fair opportunity to the parties to agitate their rights on merits, is inclined to condone the delay in representing the above appeal suit.

3. Though the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 objected for allowing this application, since the delay in representing the appeal is a matter between the Court and the parties, when the Court finds that the delay should be condoned as a matter of right that cannot be objected at every stage.
