PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, or any other writ or a direction, calling for the entire records connected with the detention order in BCDFGISSSV.No.1156/2024 dated 23.11.2024 on the file of the Respondent No.2 and quash the same of petitioner son name Sarath kumar alias Kaadhu Sarath S/o.Sagha aged about 25 years now confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai and produce the detenue before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.
