The revision petition is filed seeking an early disposal of the suit O.S.No.106 of 2023 on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Dharmapuri. However, a perusal of the A - Diary extract would show that the matter is pending for framing of issues from 05.03.2024 and admittedly even the petitioner has not submitted the draft issues.

2. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as this Court cannot give directions to the Trial Court without issues been framed. No costs.
