The prayer sought for in this writ petition is, for issuance of a direction, to the respondents 1 to 3 to refrain from interfering with the functioning of the Panchayat Office, North Kavalakurichi Village Panchayat, Alangulam Union, Tirunelveli District at K.Navaneethakrishnapuram Village.
