ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the bail conditions that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No. 28649 of 2024 dated 15.11.2024.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 10(b) in Crl.O.P.No.28649 of 2024 dated 15.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
