ORDER
This petitioner has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every alternative days at 10.30 a.m, for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation imposed on him by this Court in Crl.OP.No.16486 of 2024 dated 15.07.2024.
2. The Learned Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 5(c) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.16486 of 2024 dated 15.07.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
