This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.26011 of 2024 dated 30.10.2024 " that the petitioner shall report before the concerned POCSO Court on all working days at 10.30 A.M until further orders.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation is completed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned POCSO Court, on 07.01.2025.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned POCSO Court, on 07.01.2025 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the Trial Court. Thereby, the condition No.6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26011 of 2024 on 30.10.2024 is modified.
