This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.28778 of 2024 dated 22.11.2024 viz., 'the petitioner shall before the Inspector of Police, Lalgudi Police Station, daily at 06.30 pm., until further orders'.

sai 2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 34 days and investigation is pending in this matter. 3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.28778 of 2024 dated 22.11.2024 in para No.7(b) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 am, until further orders.
