ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking to call for the records of the first respondent's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

proceedings bearing Roc.No.10835/2003 HSBA dated 02.07.2003 as confirmed by the 2nd respondent's proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.74470/99/X-2/Mines dated 10.09.2003 quash the same and direct the respondents to grant stone quarry lease to the petitioners in respect of the petitioners' patta lands measuring 3-25-5 Hectares, comprised in S.Nos.158/1 and 157/5, situated at Thalavadi Village, Sathy Taluk, Erode District by reconsidering the petitioner's lease application dated 09.08.1999.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Kalpa Reddy, learned counsel representing the petitioner's counsel submitted that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous and also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
