2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation is already completed and charge-sheet has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Veppanthattai on 20.12.2024.

3. Hence, this petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
