ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P. No.27937 of 2024 on 08.11.2024, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and further the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Thirukovilur. 3.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.7(b), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P. No.27937 of 2024 on 08.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Thirukovilur on 08.01.2025 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Trial Judge. 4.
